What are your delivery costs?
Delivery is free to the UK and Europe.

How can I pay for my order?
Payment is taken via Paypal. The safe, secure and easy way to pay.
You can use a credit or debit card with no Paypal account needed.
You can also use a current Paypal balance if you already have and account or transfer funds direct from your bank account.
Can I pay in £ GBP, $ Dollar or my local currency?
Yes. Paypal can convert to and debit you in your local currency at checkout.

What does the (£17 estimated*) mean on your listings?
It is an estimation of item price in British £ Sterling. Please note this is only an estimation as conversion rates are constantly changing.

Has my order been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
If you don't hear from us within a reasonable time please contact us at orders@setupindustries.co.uk quoting your order number.
Part of my order is missing
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, please check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if part of your order has been shipped separately.

What delivery companies does the Setup™ Store use?
Delivery agents are determined by your location. We dispatch using either Deutsche Post, Royal Mail or DHL. Your order will be delivered by your local delivery agent.
Do you deliver to my country?
We offer delivery to a large selection of European and Worldwide destinations. Please check our Delivery & Shipping page for more information.
If your country isn't listed then please contact us and we may be able to arrange delivery.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
Deliveries to the EU are not subject to import tax.
For Worldwide destinations including the USA, Canada & Switzerland, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Parcels are sent as plain cover and normally arrive through customs without any additional cost.
How do I return an item?
If you need to send something back to us for a exchange or refund please consult the 14 day Returns page.
Will you do a bulk discount for my crew?
We offer bulk discounts on orders of 40 or more items. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We have wholesale rates available for trade. Please contact us if your shop is interested in stocking us.
Where do you dispatch orders from?
We have offices in Germany and England. The origin of dispatch is determined by stock quantity's and order.
